If polls are enabled, start by creating a new post in a forum. Below the body of your post, you will see a text box that allows you to specify how many polls you want to have in your post and the system will guide you through the rest.
Are "Polls" not enabled or are they a thing of the past.
Polls are still alive and active. In fact, the Poll feature in this new version is much nicer and easier to use. Whenever you start a new thread, you will see a link to begin creating your poll located just below the text box. See the screenshot below:
