Is anyone here familiar with Solid Ground Christian Books? I placed an order with them, back in December, which was quickly acknowledged and confirmed by (automated) e-mail. But, the order was never fulfilled, no shipping notice ever received, nor was my credit card ever charged. Since then, I have tried several times to contact them, via e-mail, which did not bounce, but received no response; and by phone, which is not out-of-service, but is answered by (apparently) an automated system which then hangs up. The appearance is that this site is operated by a single individual, who perhaps has become unavailable through accident or worse. So has anyone here ever heard of Solid Ground Christian Books?

As an aside, have you received any sort of tracking number for your order?

No, haven't checked facebook, as I don't do social media. But it's good to know that they are still active. No tracking number, as I'm sure it hasn't been shipped (credit card not charged), but I did receive an order number, as well as a customer number. However, those haven't helped, as I continue to get no response via either e-mail or phone.
