I guess going all the way to the first post, would it be right to sum this discussion up that there is a distinction between regeneration, justification, faith, repentence, and sanctification, but no separation. (aka, we can define these terms, but none of the terms ever occurs w/ out the others present)

You've got that right. There are significant distinctions yet when one is present the others follow. It would be good to note that these different attributes all fall under the doctrine of salvation by grace alone. They define the transforming work of the Holy Spirit in a believer's life.
