Dave,
I think we should be open about our Christianity, and not shy away from it. However, being open does not mean that we are harping on it constantly.
When God gives us opportunity to talk with another co-worker about faith issues, we should take the time to tell the person about Christ Jesus which very much includes our position with Him. When I say opportunity, I mean when we have established some type of relationship with the other person, they may either bring the topic up or we can feel them out through our conversations. As with the Apostle Paul, we should always be ready to give testimony of our faith and explain it.
