Basically, I believe you accomplish this in 4 ways:

    [*]Bring pastors back to their biblical mandate and responsibility to "preach the word, the whole counsel of God, in and out of season, (cf. 2Tim 4:2; Acts 20:27) boldly and without fear of men. (1Thess 2:4)[*]Pray that God would first bring reformation to the churches and then the fruit of revival.
